Ladies and gentlemen...welcome to December!
Disemba don kam - December is here and hopefully it brings about some holiday cheer!
Whether it's from our beloved Diasporans aka our JCs (Just Cam) who are ready to tension their supposed village peopole with their Euros, Great British Pounds or United States Dollars while oppressing Homebasea with their 'innit' and 'y'all' parlance or the day to day events Homebases who are organizing and curating to take advantage of the holiday economy - we are here for it. Una kabo, and welcome!
As I prepare to be outside myself this December in Freetown, currently in the village hustling as I type concluding my last work trip of the year but I promise to be back soon and look forward to also partaking in Freetown shenanigans December style, and who knows maybe find a December boo 🤭. After all, there is God.
Anyways, I know y'all are not here to read about my love life, or lack thereof - so let's skip to why you're really here.
